When I was told that the Lean Seven would change my life I really didn’t know how but it excites me. To start this program meant I was gaining control over my life again. It was empowering and strengthening my mind In ways that even without saying one word people would stop and say what’s happened what’s changed oh my god you look amazing. To say that was an understatement because I felt amazing! On top of that I was exercising again and feeling so much stronger. I did this for me and in turn for my children and for others as it’s inspiring them!

I was desperate, approaching 50yrs of age, unhappy, unhealthy and short of breath & seeing stars bending over just tying up my shoelaces. I knew I wanted to be an example and defy many myths including the one that used to annoy me the most "that it's harder to lose weight after 40". Thanks to the Lean Seven program & both the encouragement & support received from the L7 community, I have finally been exposed to the secrets of body transformation & the fountain of youth. I am beyond elated at how easy & quick this program had me looking & feeling completely different and even unrecognisable to my friends & family. L7 is not just a physical transformation, it's much more! If you have limiting beliefs, the clarity and mental awakenings that come when you choose to put yourself first are remarkable. I have spent more than half my life attempting to get healthy, lean & young and had always been given conflicting information which confused & frustrated me. This took me on a journey that had me on Thyroid medication, handfuls of vitamins/supplements every day, on the verge of auto-immune disorders, inflammation, bloat & looking like a barrel most of my life. After less than three months my blood results proved that L7 agreed with me. I was now able to come off my Thyroid medication & with the assistance of a few vitamins be on track to living another 50 plus years! Now that I've been educated with the correct information I can never go back. I have so much gratitude for being shown what to do. I must say that for the first time in my life I am proud of the steps I've taken to completely change my life!
